Overview
Our client is a rapidly growing transport and logistics business that is restructuring its planning function. They are creating a new Planning Support (Trainee Planner) role to strengthen the planning team and develop future planners and transport leaders.
This is a genuine career opportunity rather than simply an entry-level position. The successful candidate will receive full training with clear progression opportunities into roles such as:
  • Transport Planner

  • Operations roles
The company is expanding significantly, with plans for continued growth including new facilities over the coming year.

The Role

  • Helping maintain smooth day-to-day operations
Over time they’ll be trained into a full planning role.

Ideal Candidate

They would consider people from backgrounds such as:
  • Transport administration
  • Logistics administration
  • Warehouse/transport office roles
  • Pharmaceutical logistics
  • Graduates interested in logistics or supply chain
  • Candidates looking for a long-term career rather than a temporary job
